Flavor Instruction

Chicken Collagen Paitan: Deep flavor and thick taste blended by chicken stock steaming until it gets cloudy, vegetable soup and collagen.

Yose Nabe: Light base hotpot soup base with combination of four stocks - bonito fish, kelp, scallop and chicken.

Sesame and Soy Milk: Smooth, rich and mild flavored sesame and soy milk hot pot soup with combination of chicken and kelp soup finished by adding sesame and soy milk.

Pork Bone and Soy: Pork bone and soy sauce hotpot soup base which is made by adding vegetable soup and brewed soy sauce to slowly simmered pork bone and chicken soup.

Chicken Kelp: It has a rich taste so that it will enjoy not only hot pot but also such as noodle with last soup after eating hot pot still deliciously. It is the soup extracted by chicken and kelp that you can enjoy its taste as if you are having at a authentic Japanese restaurant.

Kimchi: This soup base is perfect when you want to get started quickly with your hot-pot and do not want to make the foundation from scratch. Just add the ingredients you want to cook in the soup. This base is made on lovely spicy kimchi.

Grilled Chin: It is a nabetsuyu with a light, rich, and refined taste, made with a total of 7 kinds of dashi, mainly grilled chin, dried sardines, bonito, mackerel, chicken bones, shiitake mushrooms, and kombu seaweed. Contains 4 single-use sachets.
